Mine has night slash, psycho cut, superpower and the move that switches the stat boosts, which can be really useful if the enemy is trying to setup in your face.

Don't really see the point of Foul Play when you can't ensure your opponent can hurt himself more than you can, which with at least one Attack Boost seems unlikely.

Even if you outspeed your enemy, payback is probably better.

If it has Contrary then Payback
If you use Superpower you're raising your own Attack so your Attack Stat will usually be better than your opponents, so Foul Play is useless
