Quick balls/O-power are OP, but I don't mind not having to go through the tedium of reloading 100 times to catch him.

I remember trying to catch lugia, giratina and rayquaza in the other games, each took my some hours to catch, but in the later games; black/white and x/y it's just too damn easy

also, back in Gen2 I caught a lvl 70 Ho-oh in Silver at full health in the first turn with a poke ball. my friends wouldn't believe me.

Kyurem and Reshiram were specifically required to catch by plot. About the same catch rate as Ditto, and they do wish to be owned by you, IIRC. So they're somewhat justified.

Xerneas and Yveltal have to have high catch rates. I mean, I threw a Luxury Ball right off the bat with no O-Powers activated, no damage, no status effects, and caught it. My friend did the same with Yveltal, instead he just threw a Dusk Ball.
