I am playing Y and I am in Glittering Cave smashing rocks and I've found
6 Helix Fossils
5 Dome Fossils
4 Old Amber
2 Plume Fossil
1 Armor Fossil

Are the ones that I am missing, Cover, Skull, Claw and Root, unavailable in Y, unavailable in that location or am I just getting really unlucky with the RNG for the items under the rocks?

Well, I am playing X and can't find Dome and Helix.

I already kind of forgot, I THINK it was from a person outside the Aquarium but Sawk learns it by level up too.
Rock Smash is a TM now, not that it matters 'cause re-usable TMs

OP here, breaking rocks for an hour or 2 before I posted this thread, within 10 minutes of posting I find a Cover and Skull.

Maybe the Kanto and Hoenn ones are version exclusive though.

Rock Smash is in the Town with the Aquarium. There is an NPC outside the pokemon center that gives it to you. I missed it too at first.
