Do about 9 rounds in whatever the new Battle Tower is called (all unevolved Pokes, it's really easy), then beat your rival in the same town. He/she directs you to see Sycamore, and after you talk to him, just fly to Lumiose City.

If you look on his desk, you can find a picture of Looker and a "blueish-purple Pokemon".

Probably not. Looker also said that N had escaped with his dragon to a foreign region in BW, which implied N would return but in a new region, GSC-style. Didn't happen.

Probably her secret of being part of Team Flare and Looker found out about it.

She doesn't want to lose her job, so he told Looker where every high-ranking Flare member is, in exchange of Looker "ignoring" her.

I think it was that if she, a Flare collaborator, helped him capture Xerosic who apparently had just been using Flare's equipment and squatting in their former base, he wouldn't then turn around and arrest her and the other surviving members.

Basically she used Xerosic as a bargaining ship to pull the more dumber members of Team Flare out of the dodge.

1. after you reload your save after finish the Elite Four, go to Luminose city station
2. take the train there to Kiloude city
3. Fight and win one battle in the Battle Mansion
4. Go to the top of Kiloude City
5. Fight your Rival there
6. Fly to Anistar City
7. Go to the Sundial and meet the Professor
8. Fly to Luminose City and walk around til Looker calls you.
