You didn't say new.

Mawile or Gardevoir both have great typing and mega forms. Gardevoir is still a very solid special sweeper, dunno about Mawile but she's cute.

Pick a color, evolve into floette, learns wish, dazzling gleam, moonblast at level 46, and petal dance at 51.

Then you evolve it into this fabulous fucker with a shiny stone.

Azumarill also has really good typing, fairy gives some great resists in addition to the dragon immunity, and poison isn't a bad weakness to have really. Water negates the steel weakness as well.
