so now that poison is somewhat good because its good against fairy, what are some good poison types?

Not sure if it's competitively viable but Swalot is pretty good. It's reliably bulky and can Poison, Paralyze and Sleep foes.

Why don't you pick up your town map and check out dendemille town before you go make accusations/assumptions that there is no move tutor, he is labeled under move re learner. Also there is a formal tutor for the new starter pulses in laverre City.
