Tries to push Pokemon to their potential in a friendly way.

Paul
Only out for the top percentage of Rattata
If a Pokemon is not good enough, it is tossed away, instead of trying to train it.

I may have pisspoor IVs, but I've won many battles, even fighting perfect IVs.
