Diantha gave me this Ralts, is it normal to have IVs this good?

I don't even have an IV calc and these look like perfect/near perfect IVs?

I gave my Shauna a Togpi for Chespin because I felt it suited her/was rare.

Would be nice if she fought me with a Togekiss later but that's too much to ask.

Oh, thank christ. I figured it might have been early considering Ralts's level. Gardevoir is one of my party staples. Fairy type is just icing on the cake. Psychic fo' life.

It's always a female with Synchronize and a Modest nature holding Gardevoirite.
I don't know about the other IVs but the Special Attack at least is almost certainly 31 or 30. The others could be really high too considering Ralts has shit stats in general.

It would be pretty hard to accurately calculate at Level 5 in any case

The stats for all traded pokemon are fixed.

Shauna always gives you either a Froakie with 31 Speed IV, Fennekin with 31 Sp Attack or Chespin with 31 Attack as well.
