I don't know what new moves he's gotten, but pretty much the same as usual.
252 attack evs, 252 speed, 4 hp. Technician. Either Jolly or Adamant.
Bullet Punch is a necessity.
Swords Dance almost as necessary.
Brick Break/Superpower for steels
U-turn/Pursuit depending if you'd rather scout or trap physically weak ghosts and psychics.
You could always try Roost and Iron Defense on a gimmicky bulky set, but Scizor's better getting in, attacking, and getting out.
Scizor only gets better this gen since he resists fairy, is se against fairy, and pursuit is now neutral against steel types. Until a priority fire move is added to the game, Scizor will continue to be a beast.
