First set best utilizes leftovers, set to as high of a boost as you can get without dying or can kill the opp with shadow sneak/sacred sword (lace in turns of king shield if you want recovery), then either keep on sneaking, or revert with king's shield if you can't kill with sneak to go back to dancing/use sacred sword.
With LO set, you swords dance ONLY if necessary AND when safe, only attack with an offensive move after SD if you KNOW you are going to OHKO or be able to kill with a follow up shadow sneak; Never stay in while in blade mode unless you're sure you can tank the hit and follow up with shadow sneak.
For banded, it's purely going to be revenge killing, you jump in hit with one of your moves then swap out unless you know the opp can't do shit about you.
This is is made best by the upgrade ghost got this gen, with the added immunity to moves and abilities that would lock them into battle.
