I was wandering about Luminose and you know how there's two women in Jaune Plaza who say Pokemon appear there?

Well I went back there at night after doing Looker's Quest, and one of them said "I hear there's a Lava Dome Pokemon in Jaune Plaza!".

I thought that sounded familiar, because it's the descriptor for this guy.

Is this just a throwaway line or is Heatran somewhere to be found?
