Base stats will be calc'd once we have a large enough spread.

If there was 100+ of these guys with neutral nature, no evs and at level 100 or 50 we'd probably have a enough to make an accurate ev spread and start guessing on what is the actual base stats.

Previous gens it was easier because we'd just have the rom cracked and you could read the data straight.
