Chesnaught has some niche positions because of its high physical bulk and pretty decent attack, along with a Signature moves that is protect with an upside against other physical attackers. He still needed to learn Leaf Blade/Mach Punch, but he has a decent movepool, so its ok.
Delphox was completely fucked over.
Learns almost NO different type TMs (except some Fighting moves, FUCK YOU gamefreak). Has access to Shadow Ball, sure, but its basically ONLY a Psychic/Psyshock/Fireblast user with the WORSE Signature attack amongst the 3(65BP, really? the other two got Priority moves....Mystical Fire should have had priority at 50BP, with no other effect).
Magician will do NOTHING in competitive play and while it has average defensive bulk, its Sp.Atk/Sp.Def isnt high enough to be better than what we already have.
