That means that this based deer gets a double quiver dance in ONE turn, after forcing a switch from one of the many dragons in Uber.

It has 99 base speed, but it also doesn't have a Genesect tier movepool and Download.

oblivion wing is an 80 bp flying move with 75% health steal
fairy/dark aura are a free life orb for fairy/dark moves
It has enough to be useful, but not enough to be on half of the teams

OP, do we really need the Power Herb? As soon as I got Xerneas I tested its Geomancy out and it got the boost at the end of the turn in which I used it. Seems like the boost takes place for the next turn instead it occupying both turns.

Not even steel Arceus can stand against a Geomancy boosted Xerneas.

It can't outspeed it (even with a choice scarf) and gets rekt by Close Combat OR Focus Miss, both of which Xerneas gets

Youre right. I just checked, and xerneas can't learn sd. Plus nothing can beat two quiver dances in one turn. It may have close combat, but its moveset is inclined to the special side anyway.

I dunno about that, Ho-Oh had the advantage of being able to use powerful STAB moves regardless of weather (Sacred Fire and Brave Bird), as well as having recovery through Roost and Regenerator and Substitute. It was pretty useful in Ubers, and I think Yvetltal will be too.

Maybe Yveltal will learn something useful other than Oblivion Wing inb4 he gets no boosting moves and nothing else more useful than dark pulse but things are definitely looking bad for him

Hasty would be okay seeing as you really need the Speed boost and you don't want to cripple the Sp.Defense you just boosted with Geomancy. Timid if you're not going to use a Mixed set.

It gets BoltBeam according to the thread on Smogon, which would be useful against Lugia and Kyogre after Geomancy. Ho-Oh might be a little harder, but if the bejewelled antlers means it gets Power Gem it will probably down it. But Xerneas won't be out first, it'll follow a suicide lead that will send out every hazard it can like Deoxys-Speed, so Sneaky Stones will hurt Ho-Oh quite a bit.
