Only 68 new pokemon?!

Hey, some of my friends and myself are excited to be getting our hands on X and Y over the next few paychecks.

However, Serebii only has 68 new pokemon listed?
Is that true? Only about 70 new pokemon?

Could anyone please point me in the direction of a pokedex with more new pokemon, or let me know if that is all we are getting this Gen?

Yes, it's only about 70 new pokemon. On the other hand, there are 450 in the game and the new one are pretty cool [ in before genwunners ]

I know, excited 68 pokemon or 100. :D
In my 20's been playing since R/B
3D pokemon almost made my head explode.

They sure do. Not saying they are still playing the game.

my FLGS has several who stick to Firered and Leafgreen and insult the rest of us for playing. Granted, our 5th-6th Gen group is about 25 people while they are about 3.

While there may be only 68 new pokemon (not counting the +20 Mega Evolutions), finding old Pokemon feels new because they're in perfectly stylized 3D.

Pokepark had too many pastel colours. Battle Revolution had weird lighting and models that made everything look ugly. Colosseum and Gale of Darkness were bound by the disc size.
