Well with pixilate hyper voice is better than the gleam, and it bypasses substitutes.

But she's probably a mega dual screener. Give it Hyper voice so with pixilate, it gets a stab attack that bypasses substitutes if they try to set up on her.

Not sure what all is best, but I really recommend Destiny Bond and Physic.

Gardevoir has really average speed. Without Timid, a lot of things that wouldn't otherwise get priority over her, would.

Modest isn't too bad, but I'd go with Timid.

You really want to get the screen up before the opponent attacks, and you only have one attack to punish through a substitute if they try to take advantage of you setting up screens. (Or just whittle them down while you take half damage)

So i don't think modest would be worth it. Gardevoir's never been a great offensive pokemon.

You could give her scarf, psychic/hyper voice and thunder bolt for coverage and trick. But gengar would probably fill that role way better
