So not sure if I'll get any answers but hell.

I haven't played since gen 2, been playing X and sorta blasting through it, almost up to what I imagine is the last gym before the E4, feel like i'm missing a lot of stuff and just plain ignoring things that should be obvious to people who have stuck with the game.

Do you have any general advice for someone playing X who's last game was silver?
