Special wall, Gooey ability is WAAAY better on him but hydration is viable. Would only go for it if another pokemon on the team has raindance because it aint THAT tanky.

Low chance in friend safari. People are real bitches about trading them though. You could get one on GTS for a jap level 30 ditto seeing those tend to have perfect ivs and a hidden ability.

It isn't the best, but it aint bad. Gooey makes it a way better wall though. Doesn't need recovery, will just fuck over every sweeper even if the sweeper manages to kill it.

All Gooey does is lower speed, it isn't that good.

If you're going to use Rain Dance might aswell go for Hydration.

Uh, maybe I'm a noob, but why not Thunder? Doesn't it still get increased accuracy in rain?

I don't have goomy, can it not TM Thunder?

Well that moveset IS for hydration.

Gooey is good because it atleast fucks up their sweepers if you cant tank it with Goodra. Both are fine. Im not sure if theres a thunder TM though. If there is, my bad
