So I hear the HM removing guy is in a city between the 6th and 7th gym. I fucked up and taught my charmeleon cut and I want to get rid of it. I'm only on the 2nd badge and in the city where you get the 2nd badge. Any way can I sort of sneak into there real quick or anything? Or do I have to wait? I don't want to level up my charmeleon until I get cut removed.
