My Question: How do you obtain Banette's Mega Stone? I went to Chamber of Emptiness at the right time, but no dice. Do I need my Mega Ring upgraded or something?

Just play and pet with it a lot. Make sounds and do the face-recognition mini game often. Make sure to give it those more fancier poffins that they help increase the thing faster
