Surely it learned moves between 50 and 72, but it looks like I forgot to write them down. Sorry, friend.
Its stats aren't anything special either, so unless you really want to use a cute little mouse, you're better off picking off a different fairy or electric type.

Just a tip, in XY Baby Pokemon will always have at least three perfect IV's, at least if caught in the wild. So for example, if you catch an Azurill in the tall grass on Route 3, it'll always have at least three perfect IV's, unlike if you caught a Marill while surfing on the same route.

That said, personally Evolve Eveevolutions as soon as possible they usually get stuck with no moves until mid 30's if they miss the early level moves
