you first get into an argument on moral justification and moralizing events. You then inmediately, as in the next line, state that if they cant catch you doing somethign ilicit, the law does not matter. In this case, "doing it" is breaking a social convention (EULA's: you will not cheat this game, which gening clearly is).
Then you, for some reason, do the baby-candy analogy. I'll be assuming that you compare gening a pokemon to taking candies from babyes, and it is relevant because you would not justify either action morally on any level.
Summary: you "are" on stage 6 of moral development, meaning you have already accepted social conventions to mantain a community's healthy state, BUT you find it perfectly normal and acceptable (why would you gen otherwise, i for one dont do anything i myself dont find acceptable) to cheat on a game, an action that inmediately breaks the previously mentioned social contract and weakens visibly the health of the community.
Conclusion: you are simply someone who happens to know about stages of moral development, try to make us think you are stage6, but is actually just someone being what would fill the definition of an "asshole"
