EQ, Outrage (not sure on calcs as to whether you'd still KO relevant targets with Dragon Claw at 170 base Attack), Fire Blast/Flamethrower, filler (perhaps Dragon Tail, even after nerf, or a Steel move for Fairies).

Needs a Baton Pass with some speed, or maybe a Choice Scarf and a Sand Storm, but it's not the retard proof win button that Garchomp was.

Base stat totals aren't everything.

Mega Garchomp is any of the Deoxys formes but better than all combined. You could give it Tackle and Splash and you'd probably win.

Yeah, that's why it was banned in Gen 4, and was only allowed to come back once it was possible to ban Sand Veil and Slow Cloak

Slaking is wrecked by its ability, and Kyurem is weak to everything under the sun. The only thing even remotely restricting against MegaGarchomp is the fact it's stuck with its megastone.

If you send out ninjask right away he'll get taunted and if you send him out later he'll get stealth rocked

Sticky web sounds like the solution to me, but I'm sure Chomp would enjoy being smashpassed to as well

I'm pretty sure mega Alakazam can destroy mega Garchomp. It might not OHKO, but it would close. HP Ice on that base 175 special attack is nasty.
