I've finally encountered that spooky bitch fantom located in lumiose city. She said something like : "No, this isn't you i was waiting for" and disappear. It's just an hypotesis but i think her, the dude from the haunted house and the reason why the hotel is ruined now (read description on map) are related. Maybe Mr haunted house was the hotel boss and the fantom his daughter/wife and something terrible happened there.
