Ok /vp/ I have 2 Togepi, both Outstanding, the one I caught is Male perfect IVs in Hp-SpAtt-SpDe. The other is traded from Japan is Female with perfect IVs in Att-SpAtt-SpDe-Spd. The male has modest nature but hustle, the female has serene grace but a neutral nature. How do I take advantage of this to get my ParaFlinch Togebro?

TL;DR: Breeding tips for newbies.

Put an everstone on the male to make sure you pass down the modest nature. Put one of the Power Training items on whichever stat you think is the most important for the female to guarantee 31 IVs in that stat. You'll just have to hope to get Serene Grace on one of them, but it shouldn't take long.
