place your poke with pokerus in the first slot and fly down to route 1 and have Pidgey in the top right
keep fleeing with the pokemon with pokerus and keep checking on Pidgey
once he gets it box him immediately so you can save it forever
you can figure out how to do it now, just put 2 together in the party and keep getting into battles then eventually they get it
