On the note of wonder trade and getting nothing but garbage? Well, you're alone on that one, I've gotten some actually pretty nice shit from it and have actually brought a couple onto my team at times (such as braxien, charmander, hawlucha and honedge)

It's a pretty neat system and I'd say maybe try at different times (I've found that you'll get more/less shit depending on the time you go on.) just keep trying, you'll get something soon, I'm sure.
