So I've noticed you can have rematches with your rival after you beat him in Kiloude City. I've fought him three times now, but the thing is I'm not exactly sure what makes each rematch available. I thought it was beating the Elite Four, but I've just done so and he's not asking for a rematch yet, so maybe it must be something else.

Anyone got any idea what it is?
