So I've been breeding froakies and I finally got 2 with some great Iv's. Which one should I be using for battles and such?

Froakie 1:
timid
protean 'potential above average overall' with 31 spA/sp/Speed

Froakie 2:
timid,protean, 'relatively superior potential overall' with 31Hp/SpD/Speed
I also have about 6 timid Froakies with atleast 1 perfect IV(speed), that I'm willing to trade. I'm looking for a modest lv 30 Ditto.
