I was thinking he was a defensive mon, but I have Y so I haven't really been able to look at stats that much.

And since noone really uses him, I haven't seen him in action all that much.

I've got Y too but my friend has X and traded it over because I fell in love with Swirlix upon announcement.
He's solid all around with a decent support movepool and decent stats, disregarding speed.

Seems like a defensive EV spread, how good is his base SpDef compared to his regular Def?
