I can't seem to find any builds for Noivern anywhere.

Can someone recommend the best nature and allocated EVs for this Pokemon?

Possible moveset too if possible but i'm mostly looking for best nature and EVs.

Well Modest is the best nature. EV distribution is going to be the same as any special sweeper.

Modest Noivern gets outsped by Timid Base 108+ speed mons.
Shit like Gengar, Galvantula, and Heliolisk will destroy it before it gets to do anything if it is Modest.

Meant Boomburst. Boomburst has the same power as Hurricane with 100% accuracy. I'm planning on teaming Noivern with Tyranitar in double battles since Tyranitar has Earthquake. Boomburst won't affect Tyranitar much anyway and I got a Aegislash on backup as well.

With his Speed alone, he's already faster than most of unboosted OU. His SpAtk is what needs to stand out more, so Modest fixes that up.

My current build is:

Modest 252 SpA Spe, 4 HP
Air Slash
Boomburst
Draco Meteor
Flamethrower

Boom is practically a free Hyper Beam with no drawbacks, Normal hits everything that isn't Steel or Rock, but they shouldn't have good SpD anyway. Boom also hits harder than STAB Dragon Pulse, so for that reason Draco is to cover for Dragons and to act as the utmost strongest attack you can dish out.

I've been using a Dragalge as dragon type, but I was thinking on changing him for a noivern because my team is damn to weak to earth.

Do you think is a good idea considering I already have a Talonflame in the team that I wont remove?

Have you SEEN that base special defence? Either slap an assault vest on him or turn him into a special wall (@leftovers toxic, protect, venoshock, dragon pulse / surf / thunderbolt). Mine tears fairies a new asshole.

Run him as one hell of a special sweeper. His speed is cuhrazy, he has Infiltrator, and he learns Boombox (which is a bit superfluous given his ability makes every move pass through substitute / light wall). Best nature is either modest or timid, and EVs should be 252 Speed 252 SpAtk 4HP.

Moveset is down to you, but any mix of special moves is guaranteed to do well.

But in that case, try adding a nice flying type to your team, or some guy with levitate.

Make that Boomburst/Hurricane.

Hurricane is great, but only when it's raining. If you don't plan on using rain, I'd say go with Boomburst. Even without STAB it'll hit a lot of things hard.

Also, the preferred ability is Frisk.

Knowing what item the enemy has is always important. Infiltrator is too situational and just...not good most of the time.

- Boomburst/Focus Blast
- U-Turn

Go with Hurricane and Focus Blast if you're using Rain. Hurricane is just strong STAB and Focus Blast will let you hit neutral on most Steel-types.

If no rain, then use Flamethrower.

Super Training. If you want a precise value, save and use a reset bag (the values you lose are displayed for ~3 seconds, so to not ethem down you'll have to be quick).

Writing them down is much more reliable, though.

Pure utility/scouting set. I don't see Noivern doing anything else in OU. Boomburst over Hurricane because accuracy and Boomburst goes through subs, giving it the best of Infiltrator while also keeping Frisk.
