I just bred a Shiny pumpkin while I was hatching for stats. This is my favorite pokemon this gen but I definitely feel like the shiny rate has gone up. I wasn't even using MM and it only took me one box. This used to take me ages even when using MM. I suppose it could be good luck, though.

I've been breeding for a shiny Protean Froakie. I have over a 100 so far. Number 35 was shiny, and sadly had Torrent because Hidden Abilities can't have a 100% carry over to the child.
