Too slow for speed. Put it into HP.

- Water Pulse

I think this guy's got it OP.

My Clawitzer's maxed out SpA and it hits like a freight train fired from space, but it speed lets it down more than I'd hoped, necessitating bulk mine doesn't have yet.
