Ability Capsule will switch between the normal/non-hidden ability slots.

On Dragalge, this will switch your Poison Touch into Poison Point and vice versa.

It will not give it its hidden ability, even if it only has one ability.

Sludge Wave/Bomb
Dragon Pulse
Toxic Spikes

Holding Black Sludge? What sort of evs? Is it true Dragon Tail has been nerfed? Would this work better?

The way I see it there are two ways to go about

Black Sludge + Toxic Spikes bulky staller.
or
Assault Vest Special Nuker

Dragon Tail is alright but supposedly it doesn't affect heavier enemies anymore.

Does assault vest stop any moves that aren't straight attacks? Willowisp, substitute, Bulk up, etc?
