Pokemon in public.

Since I already hold the questionable title of pokemon specialist among my peers, and me being addicted to playing X, I decided to take my 3DS with me to school to play during breaks. Thus, people started gathering around me to catch a glimpse of this elusive new pokemon title. Our ages ranged from 21 to 24, so everyone was there when pokemania swept the world. These were their reactions:

>Guy (when I was playing Amie): "You're turning your pokemon into softies." (I switch to Supertraining) "That's more like it."
I started to wonder. Did GF go overboard with the rainbows and the bubbles and the cuteness?

>Dude: "I know nothing about the new games, I'm such a genwunner."
Genwunners calling themselves genwunner??? What a world we live in. He did seem to like the game, though. Maybe, he has a mild form of the disease.

>Guy: "Awesome, pokemon." (when the lesson started, I could still hear him mumble: "Pokemon, Pokemon, Pokemon")
He got the hype pretty late. Made me feel like a missionary, spreading the word.

>Girl: "Fairy type, man, pokemon really panders to girls nowadays."
>Girl: "Pokemon is so complicated nowadays."
... No comment...

>I was talking to a guy sitting next to me in the computer class about pokemon. He didn't seem to be interested, but I talked anyway, because of hype.
He took his vengeance upon me when he started to talk about his own interests, which was the furry fandom. Pic related.
