Does /vp/ want to discuss and share builds and stuff?

I'm planning on having a Sylveon, make him a decent special tank [considering fairy is weak to mostly physical types, he could be a pretty strong monster to block the typical water/ice/grass/fire shit]

Gonna go for a Calm 252 HP/252 Sp.Def/4 Sp.Atk

But debating on the moveset....
I got Wish on board, Moonblast is a given as well...

Maybe like, Wish/Moonblast/Protect/Toxic generic build, does anyone here know of its level up/learned moves?
