Aww shit, OP. In two days time you'll find your pokemon won't be able to be healed above half health. When they get sent out they'll act differently. Their speed will be halved as well, and sometimes you get the message "X was too sick to attack!" when you order them to.
From the day afterwards, when you take the pokemon to the poke center then she'll tell you that your pokemon are too sick, and she'll take them away so that they can be 'treated'.
