I have a delphox with a naive nature (+speed -special def)
It's acceptable to me because I really don't care about the perfect nature.
So my question is what would be a good EV spread and move set?

For the EV spread you should go with 252 SpA 252 Spd and 4 HP
For the moveset I dunno. Unless it get some useful move via breeding, the only things it needs to learn are Calm Mind, Flamethrower/Flame bomb, Psychic and a filler move
Nigga can't even learn Dazzling gleam, goddamnit

No, but after noticing it doesn't learn Dazzling Gleam the only reasonable conclusion is that Gamefreak had no intention of ever giving it good moves, so why bother?

Holy fuck, sure GF knows how to make a good pokemon with nice stabs and ruin it. Seriously, NO Dazzling Gleam? What the actual fuck? Even Altaria learns it, for fuck's sake
Greninja learns Extrasensory to counter Fighting types, Chesnaught learns a fuckton of good physical moves, Delphox has just its stab and nothing more

Apparently, no. So far, it hasn't gotten anything good from breeding. The best you can hope for is that the move tutor in Z or whatever game coming up gives it more moves.

yeah, this is the most probable scenario
the thing that bothers me is that Dazzling Gleam/Moon Blast would have made sense on a sorcerer mon and would have been useful for coverage and counter Dark
it's like they didn't even wanted to work on its movesets and gave it just generic stab shit
even the signature move is pretty shitty
