What's a good Contrary build for this thing? I have an Adamant Inkay ready for Super Training.

Smogon had a set with 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd but they took down that spread probably since Malamar isn't fast.

Depends entirely on the popularity of Sticky Web. Max speed/ATK(and jolly) is most likely the best option if Sticky Web really picks up in popularity. Alternately there's a Brave min. speed Trick Room option like Reuniclus, but it's a bit fast for that, not to mention the lack of bulk.

Can you even play Pokémon? If your opponent uses Sticky Web, you should definitely go for less speed and more bulk. Only invest in Speed on Malamar if YOU have Sticky Web. (But that hopefully doesn't depend on its popularity.)
