Nidoking and Nidoqueen

Nidoking is my bro from way back, and I just caught a Nidorino. I was wondering, can he be used competitively, or are there way better Pokemon to fill his place? Is Nidoqueen the same? If they are viable, how would you build them?

Used to be he was a big box of rape with his hidden ability in the UU smogon tier. if you have a gen 5 game (black and white) try and get one from the dream world nidoking is a hell of a special atker. and on a side not smogon can suck a dick. if anyone knows a new tier system please share

I'd always thought of him as an Attacker, but simply because of design and Nidorino's movepool. So what sort of moves and nature would I be chasing then, and how would you EV train him? Modest/Rash and train for SpA and Speed?

What do you think of Nidoqueen?

I loved using a Sheer Force Nidoking. He basically runs whatever set you want and deals pretty good damage. You'll be using special attacks to take advantage of the bonus mostly.

Sheer force nidoking with a life orb is a monster. Throw 4 special attacks on him and he's ready to go. His move pool is pretty big so you have a variety of attacks to choose from. Good luck finding one in a friends safari though.
