This fucker is adorable, but god damn, everything just beats the shit out of him so much that it's unfair. I really am trying to make this cute little guy useful. I've raised his base stats a ton and he still gets one shotted by almost everything the rest of my team can handle no sweat.
I don't want to evolve him before 60 because then his move pool gets royally screwed.
Is he just that bad? Is he salvagable? I'd think his types would give him some nice advantages.
