So I wanted to run a mega aggron in my team but I wasn't sure how to EV it or even what nature I would try to get. I was thinking lax and going 252 def / 252 hp / 4 atk. Could I get some help?

I'm an Aggron player in RU. Unfortunately if you want to play competitively, Aggron is NOT A GOOD TANK. Everyone and their mother carry Fighting moves and Earthquakes.

Assuming Serebii stat spread, I would say Mega Aggron is worse than Banded Aggron. It might be counterintuitive, but the best Mega Aggron set IMO should be Jolly 252atk/252spd aggron with ROCK POLISH
