If I understand correctly, only males can pass down moves. Right now, I'm trying to get a Scrafty with Drain Punch and Dragon Dance in X. I was hoping to get Dragon Dance from Swablu and Drain Punch from Mienfoo, but I can't find out how I would get them into one Pokemon.
