Post E4, all you need to do is attach a Power Item and kill hordes. 11 Hordes and you max out a stat, since you gain around 25EVs per battle.
With Pokerus, you cut this to 6 hordes.
You can max out a stat in like, 10-20 minutes, depending on your success with attracting the right horde.
EXP Share will grant the base EVs earned to the rest of your party (i.e. if your lead has a Power Lens and nobody else does, only the lead gets the 25EVs, everyone else gets the base 5).
