Hey VP. I know wigglytuff if pretty terrible stat-wise, but I want to use it anyway, and was wondering what would be a fun setup for it move-wise. It's really slow, so I put all my ev's into defense and special defense. I wasn't sure if it learned moonblast or not as a jigglypuff.
