Well, it does have the ability to make normal type attacks ice moves, and has tri attack which is fuckawesome.

It had to have 4x weaknesses to Mach Punch and Bullet Punch of all things. Seriously, what could possibly live with such a horrible typing and not suck?

Those moves, while focusing the metagame a lot thanks to that one poke, is pretty rare in the 700+ list of pokes.
