So between breeding passing on balls and the Bargain O-power i'm using pretty much exclusively Luxury balls, what are you all using?

it is interesting that after the pokemon is caught the Only ball with a lasting effect are luxury balls.

I wonder why they haven't come out with Regeneration balls or PP Up balls or some shit that kick in a bit after the battle finishes.

I have male and female protean Frogadiers.
The mother is in a Luxury Ball.
The fater is in a Dusk Ball.
The Froakies are in Luxury Balls.

You don't need an everstone on her. My male Frogadier has the everstone and she still passes down the Luxury Ball she's in.

They do have "Regeneration balls."

They're called Heal Balls and they were in Gen IV and V. If you have an open space in your team, the mon heals when you catch it in one. Not sure if they're in VI.

I'm going to wait til the Pokebank is active so I can use the old Safari balls from gen 4 that aren't available in gen 6 anymore. The ones with the camo top and white bottom

From what I'm told, Dittos pass the ball down when mating with males. And I have plenty of Dittos in those safari balls alright.

I think I'll use a different ball for each team I use e.g. Pokeballs on the ingame team, Premier balls on their postgame, perfect children and Net balls on a Water/Bug team etc

I ment something that healed the 'mon in it a small percentage at the end of each fight.

right now the only ball with an effect that lasts past initial capture is the luxury ball with its "double all friendship effects forever"
