Ok, I must be doing something wrong. I've been soft resetting catching Mewtwo for a good nature, and literally every single time I've done it so far, the nature has been neutral. Here is what I've got so far:

I never said it was difficult. I just haven't done it yet. Doesn't matter right now, just got the nature I wanted and it has 31 IVs in both Sp.Atk and HP. Speed IV is shitty but fuck it, it's not that big a deal. Also got 30 in ATK and 26 in Sp.Def. Was a damn lucky roll

Legendaries are garunteed to have two perfect IVs. The fact that one of them wasn't speed means it was a pretty bad roll actually.

I'm not a competitive battler so it doesn't worry me that much. All I wanted was the nature for the good special attack. The IVs were a bonus. The 20 speed points I'm missing aren't going to matter for the people I battle anyway.
