How in the hell can Pokemon Bank's servers detect hacked Pokemon, especially if they have legal stats and abilities? Like, is there anything inherent in the coding that separates a (legal) hacked Pokemon from one acquired in-game?

Perfect IVs is possible to get in the game.

We dont know how pokebank and transfer will detect but it'll probably be the same as the gen 5 GTS requirements. Get past those and you're good,
