I'd like the design a lot more without those giant pillow-looking wings on her back. I understand she's an eccentric movie star / whatever, but the wings are just too much. Compared to the other characters' clothes in the game, even some of the Elite Four, it's too cartooney.

I think it's good that she keeps out of the story. I like her, but not every character revealed has to make an impact to your journey. As champion, and model, she has more important things to worry about than what a kid is up too.

I was only like 3 levels above. It wouldn't have made a difference because the best hawlucha could do was x-scissor which at +2 and a crit did like 1/8. You'd think the AI would be smart enough to switch against a boosting opponent when it can't do any fucking damage but no.

Not him, and haven't quite gotten through the whole game, but seriously, I'm swimming in so much Exp, I actually have an Auxilliary Team, and my HM slav can put up a fight. Pokemon-amie, Exp Share and Lucky Egg break this game.

This, from the guy who picks 4 Pokemon carefully with 2 HM slavs on a regular Pokemon game.

Diantha looks like a dude in drag.
Her character is shallow as fuck. "I'm a movie star. Oh, I'm also the champion. Who are you again?"
She has no buildup as a character. She's just there, like the E4 members. Even AZ had more screentime, and his story was pretty much unnecessary to the plot's progression.
Her team was weak, save for Hawlucha. Took two hits to kill that thing.
There were no clues that she was the champion ingame. None.

As a character, she was worthless. I would've said otherwise if she had any value, but she's the worst Champion to date. It's gonna take one hell of a character to top her on how bad she is.

Audrey Hepburn was exactly the movie actress/ fashion icon that we're told Diantha is in the game.
